We had to make the necessary adjustments for the better of the site and for all our members safety since our members come first. Please read over all of these rules. Failure to follow these rules will result in a warning and/or a ban. Additionally, your thread will be trashed or deleted if the rules are not followed.

A. General Important Rules

1a. Do not post downloads linking to blogs or other forums. DIRECT LINKS ONLY!!! However, you may use a link protector to protect your links, but in no way should they lead to any 'bucks' sites.

2a. Do NOT post any 'bucks' sites for any of your uploads or anywhere else on the forum. This includes links such as Share cash and url cash (these are scam sites that contain malicious code). Please visit the announcement below for more information on this.

3a. Do NOT post sharing matrix links. This is yet another scam site that will harm computers with viruses and/or malware. Please do not use any tricky link protectors to try and get around this.

4a. No link stealing from other sites. You must upload your own file. This prevents spamming.

5a. Do not post the group rip names in the uploads.

6a. Post a description with your download in the title of the thread (artist, song, album, movie, etc).

7a. Post the server you used to upload your file (such as RS, MF, MU, SS, etc).

8a. Add the hide tags around your upload link (ex: [hide]link[*/hide] minus the *) so you can receive props and also receive replies to your thread.

9a. Do not reply with "sjshiahd" or any other gibberish. At the very least say 'Thanks' or 'Props' to show the uploader appreciation.

10a. Do not post files that contain viruses.

11a. Search the site before requesting something.

12a. Do not post torrent files.

13a. Links must be posted. No "props for link" or anything like it.

B. Posting Music

1b. Post advances, samplers, and webrip albums in the 'Advance/Samplers' board.

2b. Post new singles in our 'New Singles' section and old singles in our 'Old Singles' section.

3b. Post any group rips of promo's and vls/vinyl singles in the 'Promo CDS/VLS Singles' section. Please do not post 1 song singles there.

C. Posting Movies or Other Videos

1c. It is recommended you post an image/screenshot with whatever movie or video you are posting. Be as detailed as possible.

2c. Video streams are NOT allowed to be posted. Only direct downloads.

D. Posting Applications and Games

1d. One rule of thumb is to absolutely make sure there is no virus in the upload you are posting. A lot of cracked software has trojans and other unnecessary viruses. If you are not sure then please do not post it!

Lastly, this is not a rule, but we recommend you tag your threads with the artist, album, song, movie title, or whatever it may be along with your username. This will help people search for what they are looking for using our tag search feature and will also help you keep a log of your uploads.

Some of these web sites are scams and people simply do not want to click them to download a file. Some sites use phishing techniques and may harm computers with spyware, adware, malware or even viruses.

If you come across any dead links please use our 'Report' feature. By doing this you will be helping clean up The Music Dynasty and making it a better place. Nobody wants to go from thread to thread to find dead links so help us out by cleaning up! It only takes a second or two!
